Forever Tulip Stamp tulip to white remnant in black and emboss with glitter powder. Colour in with crayons. Use decorative sissors to cut yellow remnant and glue above and below tulip onto white remnant. Layer and glue white remnant onto stripped remnant and onto card as shown in picture. Place forever sticker below and finish card by applying diamond glaze to tulip.
