Cut removal truck and add from 'Newspaper' patterned paper. Glue truck to red remnant. Cut one red remnant in the shape of tag. Glue add to cream remnant and lightly sponge edges with red ink. Glue to tag. Make hole and thread ribbon as shown. Cut larger rectangle from 'Newspaper' paper, glue to larger red remnant. Layer card as shown.
