Stamp 'Sheleigh's Melody' on light blue remnant with black ink and emboss with clear powder. Tear sides of paper and adhere to white remnant. Apply corner puncher to white remnant. Stamp 'Happy Birthday' on vellum using black ink and emboss with clear powder. Position vellum on stamped blue remnant, then cut small holes on corners of vellum, going through blue and white remnant as well. Thread studs through holes, then adhere to blue card.
