Floral Border Congratulations Card

Cut a section of floral paper to make a border for the green card. Use decorative sissors for one side of border, keeping left over border. Using gold pen, highlight flowers on paper. Cut white paper to size. Stamp Congratulations to paper and emboss in gold. Lightly stamp gold ink pad to edges of white paper. Attach border to top of paper and left-over border to the bottom and glue to card.
